Narelle McRobbie is of Pacific Island and Aboriginal descent from the Nadjan people through her mother and the Yidinji people through her father. She was brought up on the Atherton Tableland in Far North Queensland. Narelle's love of writing stories has been inspired by her passion to keep Aboriginal languages alive.
