Corina Martin is a Kija, Jaru and Gooniyandi woman. She grew up in Broome and was inspired by her family and childhood experiences in and around the beachside town. Corina earned a Bachelor of Marketing and Media as well as a Bachelor of Law. She now works as the Principal Legal Officer at the Aboriginal Family Law Services of WA. The Toast Tree is Corina's first book.
