Magabala Books is seeking a Publicist to join our small, dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander storytellers, writers, and illustrators across Australia.
The successful candidate will work under the Marketing and Publicity Manager, creating and managing innovative publicity campaigns to promote and champion Magabala as an organisation, our staff, and our creators and their titles.
About the Role

FTE: Part-time 0.4 FTE
Position Title: Publicist
Location: Online and flexible location
Reports to: Marketing and Publicity Manager
This is a fixed term 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.

About you
We are seeking someone who is motivated and self-led who has some Publicity experience or experience in an applicable field.
