We are thrilled that Gurawul the Whale by Uncle Max Dulumunmun Harrison and Gurril: Storm Bird by Trevor Fourmile have been shortlisted for the 2024 Karajia Award for Children’s Literature. 

The Karajia Award is part of the Environment Awards for Children’s Literature run by the Wilderness Society who made the announcement on the 13th of June 2024.

The winners of the Karajia and Environment Awards will be announced later this year.
