PARTICIPATION 

1. Information on how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry to the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 
2. The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An “Eligible Entrant” is an individual who, at the time of entry is a resident of Australia aged 13 years or older. 
3. Competition commences 4/6/2025 and closes 11:59pm AWT on 15/6/2025 (Entry Period). 

ENTRY 

• To enter, an Eligible Entrant must have a functioning email address and follow the entry instructions in these conditions.  
  1. Subscribe to Magabala Books' general email newsletter using the entry box at the bottom of this page.
• The winner will be selected by random using a random number generator. 
• All entrants must ensure they subscribe to the general email newsletter during the Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any late entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment. 
• All entrants agree to give Magabala Books the use of their name in any publicity material. Magabala will not post the email of the successful Entrant publicly.
• Magabala Books staff and/or contractors cannot be deemed as an Eligible Entrant.

WINNERS AND PRIZE 

• The Magabala Books Marketing Team will randomly choose one winner after the Entry Period closes. 
• Only the winner will be notified by email within one week of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within eight days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
• Each winner will be required to provide the Promoter with details requested by the Promoter to redeem their prize. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. 

GENERAL 

• Magabala Books shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. 
• Magabala Books also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

• The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Mailchimp, Meta, X or LinkedIn. 
• By entering the Competition, each Entrant releases Mailchimp from any and all liability to the Entrant arising in any way from the conduct of the Competition.
